Today google turned on even more genAI features for businesses who pay for google suites, which means a lot more things to turn off. It automatically turned on reading all your email and docs for generative AI learning so that probably already happened. Turn it off in your admin panel here:

in admin.google.com the "gemini in workplace" tab is shown, and I have everything turned off, but there are fields for gemini basically reading anything you ever do with google.
