I do not think cis men recognize the degree to which they demand the attention of femme people. Like, the level of frustration that happens when one of us does not 100% engage with you when you speak is troubling, I recommend working on that. Practice some distress tolerance or something.

My mom used to work at a pulmonologist office in West Virginia. Even what little I saw of the suffering of miners in that state was abhorrent. Every time a mining company declares bankruptcy and says it can no longer pay people's pensions is a crime.
