Apparently september is childhood cancer awareness month. I always forget this kinda stuff. Anyway, I had cancer as a child, and it sucked big time, and i am still chronically ill and disabled because of it. Cancer is not something that is beaten through courage. It is suffered through.

It truly sucks that some major events require you to have a modern, working smart phone that can install a bunch of bullshit apps now. It’s also not very fun to spend 20 minutes creating accounts on bullshit apps to be able to go to a show that you already spent a bunch of money on.

I am an artist with Aphantasia (my mind's eyes only see a black screen, my brain can't conjure images). This means that I use references for almost everything. One thing that helps me is that I built a "collection of textures". With these objects, I can see how light works on different materials.
