Ending the temporary subsidies in the Inflation Reduction Act will mainly affect Part D Rx plans. Premiums for Part D will go up by about $1. Deductible will increase from $615 (2026) to $700 (2027) and the out of pocket cap will go from $2100 this yr to $2400 in 2027.
