Is it just me, or does anyone else think that advertising weight-loss pills on the side of a bus is just *wrong*?? (The small print says you have to drink two glasses of water with them before every meal, which will probably do at least as much as the pills). So I'm guessing they aren't speed!

Things that annoy me... historical novelists who don't bother to check that while you can have a Lord John and a Lord Smith, you can only have a Sir John, not a Sir Smith. Also... if you're going to set your book in 1900 or so Edinburgh, get your street layout right!

Jacket update. I went with the red piping. All I have left to do is the cuff buttons. The main buttons are ivory (corozo nut). I have the option of either ivory or turquoise for the cuff buttons (couldn't get matching buttons for the front, hence ivory).
