I really hope things will start looking up for you soon. Getting on meds that actually worked was really a life changer. It did take a lot of trial and error to find it though. But at least you are on the right track now.

Sending hugs. My diagnosis was also missed for a long time - finally having it allowed me to tackle the struggles more directly. I got better help from my therapist and also more fitting medication. Yes the label sucks but untreated bipolar sucks more!
