Without fail, every time I get back into working in my own engine, I relearn the muscle memory of reflexively hitting Ctrl+Shift+B to build the entire solution after every change, and then I go back to Unreal and accidentally do that there and no no no that's not what you want to do in unreal

C++ code that casts a string hash to a generic property type, makes changes to it by reference, retrieves the altered string from the generic property, prints it to a new string object, and then casts that string object back to the same generic property. Debug output verifies that the string is correctly held.

As a kid/teen, I used to take karate and taekwondo classes. Everyone would spar together regardless of gender. People come in all different shapes and sizes and levels of ability. Gender doesn't mean so much. But it's not really about safety and fairness in sports, is it?

Hrm, priority icons aren't showing up in my Jira projects anymore even though they still very much exist in the settings. I choose to blame vibe-coding for this.

The details panel for a Jira issue in my engine project. The priority field is set to P2 and has some empty space next to the text where an icon should appear.

The list of priorities in the admin settings, from P1 to P5 and with PP (priority pending) as default. The icons show up correctly here.
