The day it came in, Kira had a spa day at the groomers, price went up $8. It’s always the cafe owner we hear about. Vet appointment went up a sizeable chunk too.

Just got home from picking up seeds, soil and another garden bed 😁 Part of a big garden overhaul. Planning on pulling out some shrubs to replace with natives for the birds, bees etc We are in drought with El Niño looming large.

I was saying to my Uncle Yesterday, the problem is no one builds or wants starter homes anymore, they want their dream home which they can't service a mortgage on if rates go up. I'd love to downsize from 4 to 2 bedrooms, & move from QLD to NSW, but the stamp duty in NSW is crazy, med price 2xhigher
