And this simple concept has almost endless use cases. Creating these kinds of onboarding tutorials used to require a bunch of JS logic to get the position right and anything that could affect the pages layout would break it, if you hand't already accounted for it. Anchor position solves all that.

I also went through a rough process of getting an Apple account set up for my kid. Even on Apple devices, it's not straight forward. I eventually got things in good order, but not before setting up two different accounts, each with a different birthday to see if his age was the complication. 🙃

Not that anyone needs yet another reason to steer clear of Microsoft, but VSCode now adds Copilot as a co-author of all your commits, regardless if you used Copilot. This was added silently as a default. This is some next level insanity.

Our Nironis somewhere in the middle of the pack on charging speed. I was spending somewhere between 30-60 minutes charging at each stop, and that was just to bring it to 80%. 😕 I wasn't too concerned about charging speed when we bought it since it would be plugged in at home most of the time.

We have a very similar setup: Kia Niro EV and a hybrid Hyundai Santa Fe. I drove the EV across the country last year, and it took quite a bit of planning to figure out a route with chargers. It added a ton of time to stop for charging, but it was kind of nice to have the built-in breaks.
