I completely forgot to post here during Furpoc. I made it home yesterday after my car died as soon as I got onto I-95. I am in a rental for now and NOT looking forwards to the 8 hour round trip to return the rental and get my car once it is repaired. Long road trips may be out for me for now.

Getting better at 10 pin bowling. Last night I did 113, 75 (everyone did terrible in the second string), and 91. Given my average is around 70-75, I am happy with that. New goal is to consistently break 90-100. Candle pin will still be a challenge, not sure how I can improve there. I will try.

Does Bluesky have the concept of moving certain accounts that you follow to a list, so that their posts appear in the list instead of your home timeline? I can do this on Mastodon and Twitter, but it appears that lists in Bluesky are used to add to your timeline instead of being separate from it.

This is not a drill. They’re now proposing a bill in Oklahoma where making, owning or possessing porn means 10 years in jail. Oklahoma Senator Dusty Deevers introduced SB593, bill to criminalize p*rn in the state of Oklahoma. Calling porn an addictive “drug” Per @mikestabile.bsky.social

Excerpt from the bill shows. It reads The bill also prohibits pornography in general, providing for criminal penalties of up to 10 years in prison for production, distribution, or possession. It also provides heightened 10-to-30-year criminal penalties for organized pornography trafficking. "Pornography is both degenerate material and a highly addictive drug," Deevers said. I got a shingles shot today in my right shoulder. Now it hurts so badly I can't lift my arm without a lot of pain. Had I known this would be an effect, I would have gotten it in my left arm. I hope that I don't need to drive anywhere for the rest of the day, because right now I can't do that.
