Introducing Toronto's first (?) election night live result projection! Over the course of election night, the CN Tower will move along the bike wheel tracking who is more likely to be elected mayor as the votes come in! I've included a sneak preview of the page from my testing.

Indeed
A bicycle traffic sign with a white bicycle icon on a blue circular background, and someone has turned the wheels into eyes and drawn a smiling mouth underneath, turning the sign into a smiley. The sign is mounted on green posts, with a view of a paved area and trees in the background.

As the Trump & Carney Govts finger point about the cataclysmic ending of trade discussions, it’s a moment where credibility and past track records come in handy. Based on those, we can have confidence that Canada will be generally telling the truth, and everything the Trump Govt says will be a lie.

Got a good job down at the Data Center. I work on the line, and it's hard work but it's honest and the wage is fair; my family and I are grateful for it. I rivet the word "absolutely" onto the little apologies that chatbots do when they misunderstand a prompt.

Riding bikes is 10X more important than electric cars for reaching net-zero cities. And that’s just the climate emissions. Doesn’t include the massive public & personal cost difference, the air & noise pollution difference, the massive space difference, etc, etc…Via @theconversation.bsky.social

Active travel can help tackle the climate crisis earlier than electric vehicles – even if you swap the car for a bike for just one trip a day.

Great to see this noise problem being discussed. Can they do dark tinted windows with a cameras too? I sometimes wait for cars to leave if I, the pedestrian/cyclist, can’t make eye contact for my own safety. Noise pollution and black windows both endanger others!
