Judged the AKC Large Pack Nationals in 2013 (15" Males). That wasn't loose-y goose-y it was a shitshow. Mostly Field Champions. I only placed check dogs and the dog that won (I didn't agree) never finished. There's a fine line between advancing the hunt and keeping the line. Your guys did well.

As an AKC judge, I would keep those dogs for winner's pack in SPO. Solid check work, careful check work. Stopped when they knew they'd dropped the line. They also work well together which is not something you see a lot in field trials.
