So for anyone still on Facebook Messenger... Meta has apparently rolled out a new "feature" that basically opts ALL OF YOUR CHATS into training their fucking AI systems.
You have to disable this manually in EVERY CHAT.
Hit the i at the top right, scroll down, message permissions, turn off.
