Mechanic wants to replace the entire HVAC system in my 2020 #Toyota. Because one vent isn’t working. $5000. So, no. It hasn’t worked for a year, it can keep not working. 20 years ago they’d have run a hose to the bad vent. Even if I had the cash I wouldn’t fix it. What a waste of resources!
