#CornellUniversity, there are lots of parents watching how you're handling sexual assault allegations. It looks horrific from where I sit. No way I'd invest in a young person's education at a place that seems more interested in minimizing PR/reputational damage than supporting actual justice.

the horrific cornell gang rape case has me thinking about emma sulkowicz who alleged she was raped as a student at columbia in 2014 and never got any justice. it has me thinking about the physical and mental weight young women are forced to carry while their safety is subsumed by male potential.

A few months ago we saw 120 children killed in an AI targeting mistake in Iran and prior to that an unprecedented scale of civilian deaths from AI targeting in Gaza. These systems desperately need better oversight and it's deeply disturbing to see leading militaries moving in the opposite direction.
