I still have the front page of the local papers when the #bluejays won the series back in ‘92/‘93 back to backs. They were stored in an attic until earlier this year. Not superstitious but they sure got better around that same time. Think I’ll hold on to them a bit longer

U.S. health workers will be able to work immediately in Ontario. New rules mean doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and registered practical nurses who are licensed in the U.S., with a clean record, can be on the job for six months without first having to register. WE NEED THIS IN B.C.

Someone needs to explain to our Sec of Commerce how capitalism works. America has a GLOBAL TRADE SURPLUS on services. Services have the highest margins and profits of our exports. That is where capital and expertise focused. It is why we dominate in tech globally.

A power grab??? Oh FUCK you. Fuuuuuuck you. Worry about the state of your own democracy, dumbass.
Donald Trump on Truth Social: "Justin Trudeau, of Canada, called me to ask what could be done about Tariffs. I told him that many people have died from Fentanyl that came through the Borders of Canada and Mexico, and nothing has convinced me that it has stopped. He said that it’s gotten better, but I said, “That’s not good enough.” The call ended in a “somewhat” friendly manner! He was unable to tell me when the Canadian Election is taking place, which made me curious, like, what’s going on here? I then realized he is trying to use this issue to stay in power. Good luck Justin!"

Jesus CHRIST. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was caught on a hot mic this morning (meaning a mic he didn't know was on) that Trump might be serious about the 51st state threat because he's after our critical minerals. This is deeply concerning!! Video coming as soon as I can film it:
Toronto Star headline reads: Donald Trump is not joking about making Canada the 51st state, Justin Trudeau warns in hot mic comments

Subhead reads: Donald Trump has securing Canada’s resource wealth on his mind, and “one of the easiest ways of doing that is absorbing our country. And it is a real thing.”
