Don't forget the time he wasted as an MEP.

No more ridiculous than this (from the cover of the book by John Redwood). Because a flag on the chest isn't enough. You need two more sticking out of your head too.

There are certain cases in French law that allow for extraterritorial actions (or at least try at any rate). Given the life of a French citizen was put at risk in this case then it's always possible that the French justice system might want a word with him. If they ask we should extradite him.

When he was an MEP he voted against EU measures designed to fight Russian interference too. One of the very few times he voted at all, refusing to do so most of the rest of the time. From Google (look at the reason why he didn’t come last):

Disney+ -when joining up: ‘No ads!’ -when changing the small print: ‘all plans will have ads’. This feels like false advertising. Is this even legal?

You get your sausages here don't you? (I always like the positioning... funeral parlour, butchers, funeral parlour) Don't they ever taste a little... gamey?

@craiggrannell.bsky.social I was thinking of the various screen sizes now available especially with the iphone duo, and got claude to come up with this. The highest one is the iphone 18 pro max in portrait, purple same in landscape. Orange/green duo closed then open.

Irrelevant but that blue/yellow scheme always put me in mind of the old electronic game BMX Flyer. One of the earliest entries in my collection.

Personally I wish something like this would be put up be every bed in every ward in every hospital. Too often I've as a patient had to put up with other people's refusal to show any consideration to anybody else, often at antisocial hours too like 5am or something as late as gone midnight.

As for the belt design, it's not just the logo is it? They really, really want to ape Star Trek for some bizarre reason...

Just learning about what data centres actually do with the waste water. Feels like they're making things worse.

Almost as worryingly they don't seem to be tracking what impact data centres have with regards specifically to pollution despite the issues already caused by others such as the water companies.

@carolinelucas.bsky.social I thought you might be interested in this FoI request. With regards to the total water usage by the centres: an estimated 1.125 billion of litres of water each year, but by their own admission 1/3 of data centres are omitted.

It just occurred to me too: the way he holds up his jacket in the second film to protect himself from gunfire (seriously?) made me think of this from my childhood:
