today was kind of rough but after work i went to the food co-op, bought a lil pre-formed burger patty, feel good foods gf jalapeno poppers for the air fryer, sour cream and onion chips, cheddar, frozen green beans, and went home and made myself a lil gluten free comfort foods dinner.

I went bowling tonight for a department faculty/staff/student social and had a really delightful time. No screens, a little chatting, a little activity/project. Got to chat with one of my non-traditional students, a prof who teaches something extremely different from me, and our academic advisor.

there are certain foods/flavors it is almost painful for me to remember. apple cider donut. Chinese black vinegar. I have not found sufficient gluten-free alternatives. I could possibly learn how to make a donut but I don’t think I can learn the vinegar.
