For clarification: the results, as far as I could see, did not actually include the term “AI” so I guess it technically worked? But instead of cancelling out the search, like it did when I previously made the same mistake, it just jettisoned that word and chugged along with the rest.

Last night I got a… stunning example of the “ignoring keywords” thing. I was trying to find out if something would put genAI on my phone, obv had “AI” as a keyword, and muscle memory added “-ai” after my query. Normally this would cancel out the query. *Has in the past.* But no. I got results.
