Between July 25 and September 19, I spent 2-4 hours on each of these 14 paintings as gifts for guests of my wedding last week, either for individual folks or couples/pairs, places that were special to each of them.
I had not painted in years beforehand. But I was so happy to make these.
![Illustration: Rain Dragon
Digital artwork of an Asian dragon's head and curved neck on a black background. Its red fish scales are shiny and slightly iridescent, and its belly is smooth and tan in color, devoid of scales. It appears shiny and wet, as does the similarly colored skin on its face.
A pair of tall deer antlers grow from its head, and its eyes are a striking deep blue. Multiple sets of black whiskers extend from the tip of its snout, the longest of which curls backwards and around the creature's neck. The low-hanging areas of these whiskers repel the tongues of flame on the dragon's shoulders around them in a circular shape.

![Creature Concept: Northern Dragon
A white dragon sits up on a snowy tundra plain. Black rocks litter the ground, and grey clouds cover the skies, which are grey with blizzard clouds. Beneath the dragon's front claw is a human skull.
The dragon has folded pterodactyl-like wings with hairy claws for fingers. Its back legs are also fluffy, and look much like the talons of a snowy owl. 3 horns grow from the dragon's head; 2 short ones from the back, and 1 longer, forked one from the center. The tail ends in a triangular barb made from the same material as the horns, and sensory bristles stick out from the length of the tail like whiskers. Similar whiskers, only shorter, are found on the cheeks and the tips of the ears.

![Creature Concept: Aspidus (cyber cobra)
Digital artwork of a mechanical cobra monster. Its fanged mouth is open, and a flame shoots from it. Its eyes likewise streak flames, and two large tubes on its bottom jaw shoot out jets of smoke behind its head.
Its hood, made of reflective metal plates, is open wide to reveal a pair of laser weapons with circles of blue lightning energy spinning around them. The edges of the hood are lined with spiky, rib-like bone structures on hinges.
The metal body is coiled over itself on a rough black floor, and the tip of its tail is made up of large exposed vertebrae held together with sets of cables that run through holes drilled into the bones. Held high above the ground at the end of this chain of bones is an electrified string of metal balls. Bolts of blue lightning similar to those in the hood weapons jump from one ball to another.
The sky behind the cobra is black and filled with stars.
