The Mountain Unicorn, from my book Secrets Of Strangehollow (second in the Strangehollow world), excerpt in alt text: buff.ly/7krkipG #unicorn #unicornmyth #myth #folklore #
When the nights draw in and autumn has taken hold, the mountain
unicorns will begin the journey to their annual rut. These elusive
creatures live high in the snowy mountain peaks where they are well
camouflaged because of their pure white coats. In the middle of the
night, just as the first full moon of October appears in the sky, these
magical beasts will make their way down from the heights. They appear
out of the mist like ghostly apparitions on the grassy hills that stretch
from the base of the mountains right down to the edges of the forest.

(Image description) a white goat-like unicorn stands on top of a hill in front of a starry sky and mountains in the distance behind him. He calls out into the night, his breath white in the cold air...

'The Chase' Painting from my book Savage Strangehollow, excerpt about these dragons in alt text: buff.ly/7krkipG #dragon #dragonchase #dragons #fantasy #folklore #dragonlore
Every couple of generations or so, the mountains of Strangehollow are
visited by a true goliath from the west. This dragon visits these lands for
one reason only, to hunt The Red Death.
It is the colour of night, its long neck covered in giant pointed scales
which extend over its back and down to the tip of its tail. Its wings are
vast, engulfing the land below in shadow and able to turn day into night.
Its arrival always coincides with a violent lightning storm, starting far out
at sea and sweeping towards the western shores of Strangehollow and the
great mountain range where the red dragons dwell. It is believed that the
dragon itself...

Selkies, from my book Seas Of Strangehollow, the third in my Strangehollow world. You can find the books here: buff.ly/7krkipG #selkies #mermaid #merfolk #folklore #fairytales #artbook
Unlike mermaids, which you will also find in both western and southern
seas, selkies prefer the cold waters of the kelp forests of the west. There
are no white sandy beaches here, just a coastline dotted with rocks, cliffs
and occasional dark sand beaches. The ocean is deeper here, and where
the kelp forests end there is an underwater cliff edge which gives way to
unfathomable depths. Great beasts loom in the deep, creatures from
stories which chill the blood in your veins.
The selkies of Strangehollow are not shapeshifters like those you may
have read about in old folk tales. They are not dissimilar to mermaids in
that their upper bodies, down to their hips, are...

What if each month you received a letter from an adventurous friend? What if they told you of their extraordinary journey in a wild and otherworldly land? What if you got long letters about their experiences of raucous taverns, Vodarr Witches, travelling caravans and outlaws? 1/3 #snailmailclub

My Dear Friend,
What an adventure I have had since I saw you last at Port Hope. The journey to this wild place was not without incident, and you can be sure that I will furnish you with as much detail as I am able.
A couple of weeks into my journey on the whale-road, aboard The Intrepid, something happened which was to change my once relaxed attitude to sea travel. I was woken very early one morning to the sound of the crew shouting and rushing about ship. Their voices were laden with panic, and the word being repeated was Leviathan! Leviathan! I can tell you this made my blood run cold. As you know, I'm not one to shy from a little peril, so I grabbed my coat and rushed up to the deck to see if I could be of use. Men were standing on the port side, holding long spears, pointed at the wild foaming ocean below. I could see something in the early morning light, an immense creature with glistening scales the size of shields, effortlessly gliding alongside us, it must have been...

The Wizard's Keep - short excerpt from Strangehollow (excerpt in alt text). The next 3 books bought come with one of the last copies of Artpothecary, a collection of my drawings up till 2018. buff.ly/7krkipG #wizards #fantasyart #folklore #artbook #fairytale
Right in the centre of Strangehollow, there is a very small keep,
perched precariously atop a very tall hill, rising out above the
tops of the trees with views all the way to the distant mountains.
Although it has a front door, you will never see anyone enter or
leave. There have been rumours that the keep is merely just the
tip of the iceberg, that the hill itself has an elaborate maze of
rooms inside where the lonely wizard who lives there performs
his spells and...photo of three books with 'artpothecary' on the front and a drawing of a unicorn in graphite.

Two gaunt, feminine humanoid creatures with luminescent skin and mermaid tails, each sporting 6 glowing eyes in alien looking heads. They sit in repose in a pond with glowing, shimmering water, in the woods at night. In the distance you can see a light in the window of a lone wooden cabin.

BUILDING TRUMP'S SURVEILLANCE STATE
When Anthropic drew a red line, OpenAl crossed it: Trump's Department of War signed a $200 million contract with OpenAl that could lead to Al for domestic mass surveillance and lethal autonomous weapons.
ICE, meanwhile, screens recruits for Trump's deportation force with a hiring tool built on OpenAl's GPT-4.
CREATING EMOTIONAL DEPENDENCE
Nearly 1 in 5 Americans have used Al for romantic companionship. A 64,000-member Reddit community exists for people dating ChatGPT.
When OpenAl released GPT-5 and removed GPT-40, users had full-scale emotional breakdowns.
ADDING ADVERTISEMENTS
OpenAl is preparing to add advertisements to ChatGPT. If they get away with turning the biggest chatbot in the world into marketing slop, other companies will follow.
BETRAYING THEIR MISSION
OpenAl was founded as a nonprofit to make Al for the benefit of all humanity.
They abandoned that goal to make money. So let's hit them in the wallet.BANKROLLING TRUMP & BUYING ELECTIONS
OpenAl's president Greg Brockman was the largest donor to Trump's Super
PAC, MAGA Inc in their latest year-end report, committing $25 million to cozy up to the White House.
OpenAl is the top spender behind a gargantuan $125 million+ Al Super PAC that attacks anyone who threatens to regulate them.
TRIGGERING PSYCHOSIS & BREAKS FROM REALITY
Psychiatrists are documenting "Al psychosis": users losing touch with reality after extended chatbot interactions.
OpenAl estimates ~half a million weekly ChatGPT users show signs of mania or psychosis. Independent testing shows GPT-4o is among the worst models for reinforcing delusions.
COMING FOR OUR JOBS AND OUR CULTURE
OpenAl's stated mission is to create "artificial general intelligence": a machine that is better than every human at any job. They believe they will succeed within 5 years.
It's already reshaping culture. In a survey of 9,000 people from 8 countries, 97% could not tell the difference between Al and human-created music.
DESTROYING THE ENVIRONMENT
OpenAl is lobbying for fast, unregulated expansion of their data centers, no matter how it affects the environment or blows up electricity prices.

Ridiculous that if I want to launch a mail club and I send international, I can no longer just send a letter with a stamp on it. It has to have a customs label too. It never used to be like this! Makes it hard to weave an atmosphere if it has to be an 'official' envelope etc. BOOOO!
