Today feels like a good time to remind everyone of the Wildlife ID & info book feed! #UKbirding An extension of #Booksky for wildlife & plant books: Mainly ID & reference books though nature writing etc is good (I'm moderating that tag as it's used for non books too) bsky.app/profile/did:...
Wildlife ID and info books. Feed for natural history books and identification guides. All taxa is fine and climate etc is ok as linked to wildlife but mostly for reference or ID guides and maps/area guides e.g. "where to watch". Use #WildlifeBook, #WildlifeIDGuide, #BirdIDGuide, #BirdingBook, #PlantIDGuide

Brilliant tern news from RSPB Pagham Harbour. All made possible thanks to years of hard work by RSPB staff and volunteers past and present. A lovely dose of good news 😀 @sussexornitholo.bsky.social @rspbengland.bsky.social www.rarebirdalert.co.uk/v2/Content/P...

This is so, so awful. Dunwich Heath is a precious, protected landscape - the last large area of coastal heathland in Suffolk - and is especially beautiful at this time of year, when the heather is in bloom.
