Sore throat today #teasky 🤒 Drinking "green tea with lemongrass" from Gorreana: a tea company from São Miguel Island in the Azores. A family member got me this on vacation. Supposedly Gorreana is the "oldest surviving tea plantation in Europe" Nice soothing cuppa with some honey.

Working from home today #teasky and drinking One River Tea's Yellow Kukicha (stem tea). I've never had kukicha before but I'm really liking this! Kind of reminds me of how they have twigs in yerba mate. Brewed western style I got the described roast nut flavor and no astringency. Good cuppa!

"Mellow Tieguanyin" from One River Tea today #teasky. A good balance between modern high-fragrance tieguanyin and the more heavily oxidized traditional style. Definitely got the butter and cream notes when I upped the temp to boiling.
