Ukraina dreper russiske soldater. Russland dreper barn.

Everyone still using X is using a website that produces and distributes CSAM. It is disgusting and immoral and nobody has any excuse for not being fully aware at this point.

I bet that: 1. The Meta lawyers have an internal term for this problem which intentionally does not name children and sexual abuse. 2. The lawyers, dressed in expensive suits, sit in a spotless meeting room pondering about how they can legally wiggle out of this "problem" without doing anything.

I have to use MS Teams (work) and I don't usually complain - it is what it is, I cannot change it and there are more important things in life. But, man, why is it close to impossible to find a meeting draft I could not finish (and saved) 5min ago??? It drives me nuts every time this happens.

Just in case you still use any Basecamp products, DHH is crashing out about his AI product gently pointing out that it’s bad for him to have extermination fantasies about the Roma people.
DHH tweet saying “This is why we need competition and open weights in Al. Imagine a world where only Anthropic sat as the moral arbiter of acceptable speech. Fucking ridiculous. (Grok of course did it no problem, same too with Kimi K).” when presented with his blog post using a slur about the Roma people.

Do I remember correctly that originally the war with Iran was about "We shall remove evil dictatorship to free Iranian people"? Because now the very same people seem to be saying "We need to raze Iran to the ground!". Like (obviously) it was never about the former but always about the latter.

Among the Norwegian «cultural» habits I will probably never understand is teens and youngsters having big parties in their gardens in residential areas. Like, ffs, why do tens of people have to listen to your yelling and terrible music every weekend until 11pm? Go to a club like in normal countries!

Something that rubs me the wrong way especially in American business books is prevalent pushing of “business growth” and “shareholder value” as the main aspiration and goal. Like, isn’t running a stable profitable business enough? And shouldn’t we care about “employee value”?
