Reading about the 🍊 parade in Portadown, as it’s crossed my feed on several platforms. Something that sticks out to me is the vast difference between a nationalist in Ireland and a nationalist in the United States. Anyway, sorry to here that the US isn’t the only place with an orange stain.

Parks that were catered toward nature and play and not just rows of field you need to reserve for your paid sports team. Nature in general. **Rec centers.** Afterschool programs either on campus or elsewhere. Lounge spots at malls and coffee shops and books shops that enabled lingering. Libraries!!

With UBI I'd have time to go volunteer at the elementary student reading mentorship program I did as an elective in high school that I found incredibly rewarding. Way more benefit to society than another shift at my day job.

I built four little one room houses in my daughter’s Minecraft world last night. My daughters run around in survival mode mining and plotting and surviving and I stand in one spot and build a purple tinted little commune with several beds and chests.

The houses are at the bottom of a green hill. There’s a flower garden on top of the smallest and a patio on the main house. A random blue cushion was accidentally placed on a tree and went unnoticed for awhile until my kid found it and thought it was funny to just sit in a tree, so we left it 🩵
