I feel like we don’t talk about millennials in particular, hitting our 40s - in earlier generations many of us would be reaching the peak of our careers, but because of disaster after disaster, locust after locust eating our industries, many of us are on our 3rd or 4th fresh start.

I think what I resent the most is that all of us, especially the women who worked with him, were a part of his rehabilitation (at least image-wise) without us ever getting to choose if that was something we wanted to participate in. He didn't let us or his audience make a choice. How ironic.

gender dysphoria is a condition that affects both cis & trans people. dysphoria effects trans people more severely & is often more noticeable due to the perceived delta between our assigned vs actual genders. all gender affirming care should be universally covered for both trans & cis people.
