Le code pénal italien de 1930 adopté sous Mussolini prévoyait effectivement de pouvoir condamner toute personne présente sur le lieu de "saccages" même si elle n'y avait pas participé à titre personnel. C'est exactement une des dispositions de la loi Lecornu.

It's Banned Books Week. My fellow librarians, listen carefully: your book displays should be almost exclusively writers who are alive. Yes, I know classic literature is also being banned, but most of those authors are dead. They aren't suffering financially from bans and challenges.

I remember getting my vaccines as a kid and thinking “I can’t wait to be a grown up because then I won’t be afraid of needles”. Turns out grown ups can also be afraid of needles. It’s nothing to be ashamed of and a very common fear. Get your vaccines anyways! They’re worth it.
