The way I see people talking about it I have to assume either they are lying or I am crazy. Or there's something missing here that I'm unaware of.

Am I crazy or have I just never lived in a place where I've had a good oven? Because I can never get chicken to temperature in under 30 minutes. And yes I know it's okay to take it out if it's a little below so that it can continue heating up. It still doesn't reach 165 ever. Unless I overcook it.

Besides the fear of death, the worst part of developing dozens of food allergies is the isolation. I can't go out to eat anymore. Which means I can't go out with people. I can't go over a friend's house for dinner. I can't share meals with people.

Watched one of my favorite 90s cult classic horror films last night, Brainscan (1994). I feel like I'm alone in loving this, it just does so much for me. I love how even though if it's kind of fucked up and sleazy, it still goes for the slightly wholesome ending. Makes for a great late night watch.
