I don't always quote post the bulwark but they are right here and I'd go even further: we need to start campaigning for a constitutional convention to replace the constitution. The current one had a "good" 1/4 century round but no legal document is good enough to sustain that much history passing.

This may be a boomer take but I am saddened that UI work feels stagnant if not backwards. The feats that Nintendo pulled to have memorable/informative/visually distinctive UI in the GBA were impressive. The latest FE's UI feels generic and purely functional.
