For all the crap everyone gave the game for its identity and it becoming a soft-launch nightmare, it barely lasted 7 months and sadly didn't have the playerbase to even be considered for a full title. Sucks we might not get PPQ as a result of this. I miss Puyo Puyo!! Touch! though.

What was really neat is that every character had their own story to tell through their evolution line. The more they evolved the happier endings they got. There was a thief donut that got arrested, Some characters got families and ended up happier. would have been fun to see the story evolve.

I had to get the APK off some dodgy site to play it because it didn't even soft-release in my location. Played it in an emulator it it plays exactly as you think it does.

Copyright does need some reform though especially when it comes to right to repair. Anti-circumvention law in copyright has plagued us for the longest time and we need better consumer protection laws to come into play.

Stirred from sleep and this is how I find out about why Nagoshi flooded the Puyo Feed on Bluesky. I Never forget the chigyu incident. I was still an community administrator for a Puyo community at the time and found the report to be hilarious justice, especially after a 13 year game drought.

I'm glad people are learning about Cranky Food Friends. The game didn't even make soft launch and was a mess internally. Still sad about Sega's attempt to make a Candy Crush clone for Puyo (Puyo Puyo Touch) that didn't catch on.

:) the game didn't even leave soft release. It was unbalanced, didn't really have much activity and had remnants of Puyo Puyo Quest inside its APK. Was fun, though.
