Well, today has been absolutely horrid. Terrible sleep due to midnight panic. Panic filled morning. Phone call with Doc, in which my issue isn't resolved, but it's confirmed I definitely have anxiety and depression. So exhausted and woozy that I've spent all afternoon in bed.

I haven't owned a bathroom scale in ages. But I need to lose weight and so I have one now. Down about 10kg (~22lbs) since my last weigh-in at the doctor's office 5 weeks ago. ~2kg a week... So I think that explains a lot about why I'm so exhausted all the time lately. That's too fast.

Went for a "big" walk (big for me, an out of shape sphere of a person), for my stupid mental and physical health. Now I'm utterly exhausted, all my energy gone yet again. I hate this feeling of always being too tired to do anything.

Doctor visit over. Life sucks. On a stronger dose of meds now, and my insomnia and utter fatigue hasn't been dealt with (yet). Doc thinks the fatigue is probaly sleep apnea, I have my doubts.

I made my own walnut ink last fall, from all the black walnuts that drop this time of year in my neighborhood. My biggest grief by far is that it's extremely water soluble, and you can't use it with any wet media.
