Looks like *everyone* has been interested in Touhou EoSD: NC, unfortunately including bots and AI scrapers. Leading up to the game's release, there's been a surge in both human and bot traffic to Touhou Wiki, which means yet further tweaking of the anti-bot measures.

Having helped run events for several thousand people with similar if not greater A/V tech needs on a ~$100k USD budget, spending €130k on food for 5 days is unfathomable to me. This year, TouhouFest delivered on a 1,000 person 4 hour concert with just $5,000 in A/V budget.
