There's no real inherent binding interest between South Korea and the Ukr war, only that the bloc of powers aligned with SK think Ukraine is a vital interest to them. Which is a real interest. How much that interest should drive SK to change its behavior is dependent on the geopol push and pull.

I think one of the most valuable things that bsky can do for the atmosphere is leverage its position as the only app with a large audience and heavily promote "high quality" ATProto apps in-app. The live indicator and profile buttons are cool, but it's really limited and discovery is spontaneous.

I will add that we still barely know what even went "wrong" with 4o from a mechanism perspective. Sychophancy definitely hurts, but I'm sure it wasn't the only ingredient that made it so uniquely terrible for human mental stability. We just geniunely don't know.

Made a little proof of concept with @typesafeai.bsky.social 's Jev. "Jevibe Check" auto-labels posts by tone as you scroll (just in your browser). you can add your own classifiers, and use the labels to blur/collapse the posts if you want to. Jev is extremely fast and super cheap!
