Wir sprechen von Propaganda immer so als ob das eine sehr hochschwellige, fast nachrichtendienstlich organisierte Angelegenheit wäre. Aber Propaganda gibt es auch im Kleinen, in unserem beschaulichen Wien, und viele machen mit, ohne vielleicht so ganz zu merken, dass sie instrumentalisiert werden.
