My #RandomGameSaturday is Bomberman, Hudson, 2004 as played on the N-Gage QD. I have to be honest. I have a real soft spot for the Nokia N-Gage. Side Talkin' aside, it seemed like a neat innovation for decent multiplayer games through your network. I'll always try Bomberman. This one is cromulent.

An N-Gage QD phone / gaming system from 2004. It is shaped like a GBA, but with phone parts. The main casing is grey with silver and black trim.
The buttons are recessed, with a clear round d-pad on the left side, with a clear round checkmark button below that, and a weird black back button with two dots with swirls around them, under that a black dash button, and a silver phone button.
There is a screen is in the center. It is 1.4in across x 1.6in down (3.556cm x 4.064cm). The NOKIA is printed above and N-Gage below. There is classic Bomberman action on the screen, with bricks for booms, Balloons for pops, and Bomberman for make asplodes. There is a basic status display up top, with Mans, Points, and Power Ups.
There are the phone numbers on the right. They are in vertical strips with silver, black, and silver, but the numbers are in rows of 3. They have orange back lighting. There is a C button, a pencil button, above, and a dash and phone button below.
The game case is underneath and horizonally longer than the system.

I had this piece of history for some time now, but only recently I finally managed to find a large enough MMC card (why are those things so scarce? Did people eat them or what) and battery replacement for it to be usable And it's perfectly usable indeed! Even most of the games are pretty neat too!

I purchased the 2025 N-gage game. It had a seal that must've been real hard to make! The manual is nice, and shows all the ringtone and wallpapers you get.
