I find it imperative to highlight the dysfunction of Warner Bros. as a film studio, especially for their handling of these valuable IPs, that caused the filmmakers to step away from them. Just like with Snyder as a result of WB hacking his JL film, I hypothesize the merger led Reeves to also bail.
