copilot in swedish lets you choose between a quick response, deep reflection, or automatic, which "decides how long you should think". translations are just broken nowadays… i run most things in english anyways

i tried playing some counter-strike 1.6, but it was all fake servers and no players... except for one belgian web design agency who ran a 24/7 surf_water-run server, a map you can finish in 3 minutes, with no players on it, from a home ISP address... i love that someone is doing that

opening up counter-strike 1.6, jumping up the long path in that kz_ map with the dragon surrounding a castle. i get to the end and someone in the server knows the secret passcode to the dark room with all the pictures of naked ladies with big boobs. i am 14 years old and this is monumental.

Having used the steam frame in desktop mode wow that's actually pretty nice? I sorta see why apple bet on AR but they either bet too hard on just AR sans VR, or didn't enough to take a massive loss on it to get people using it and seeing the concept. you need to try it yourself to know, really.

imagine an atproto app like a podcast app, but instead of new episodes from shows, it read aloud new posts from those you follow on bsky. either synthetic voices or read by the user themselves. you could also mix in longer voice recordings "exclusive" to the app.

someone already has developed a beta hand tracking app for the steam frame, using the built-in cameras. amazing! valve really wanted the index to be super hackable, but imo that only took off to some extent… but the frame already has huge things happening for it. so excited!
