They also mute reports if you report too much hate speech. So my reports are deleted for 7 days. They've basically decided I can't report ANYTHING (and threw in a threat of suspension if I don't stop). So now I can't even report a direct threat because all my reports are ignored as punishment.

I and many others are on this this, with it's name and description as it is, and nothing from the Safety Squad on this. The list creator has blocked me so I can't report them or their list directly. But this list is ok. Enjoy the camps is ok. It's a mess.

I got an email the other morning telling me "your reports are now being muted" for reporting hate speech. Apparently they think that's offensive and it said if I didn't stop reporting I would be suspended for platform manipulation. I was reporting hate speech suggesting trans people should die. 🤷

No. Trans folks in the US have been targeted repeatedly. That's awful and you have my sympathy.
Within the context of a single post we wouldn't consider it a direct threat or targeting a protected category. le send trans folks to concentration camps.
