a collection of things i drew for the most recent patch (+ screenshots that made me smile lol) im so excited for evercold!! YAYYY ❄️ #swiftclawART #7.56spoilers

on the left there is a screencap redraw of halmarut and calyx looking at the viewer with the caption "my blue pill and red pill"

below that is Visna with her pink hair, and an edited version of her to the right with red hair because i think she'd look cute with red hair.

to the right is a drawing of halamut looking annoyed and asking why calyx would tell the warrior of light where they were going. above that, she's imagining herself punching calyx in his little plush stomach.

on the left is a screenshot of suri holding two glowing objects with the caption "I love when suri is standing in the cinematic void holding their favorite toys".

to the right of that is a screenshot of suri sitting, with their feet not touching the ground because they're short.

below that is a screenshot of suri sprawled on the ground.

below that is a drawing of alphinaud, suri, and estinien. alphinaud and suri are cold, while estinien is unbothered and looking smug.

I usually haven't enjoyed a lot of the actual stories Clamp has written, but their skill at drawing a comic page still something to be studied. Check out this ambitious 8 panel comic page, which still manages to read easily. Leading the eye is an art in and of itself!

Astrophotographer Adam (AJ) Smadi caught this image a few hours ago from Washington state. A thin crescent Moon, sunlight illuminating the rugged lunar surface. And 2,400 times farther away—and on the other side of the Sun—mighty Jupiter, and its moons Io (left) and Ganymede (right).

A crescent Moon seen during the day, arcing from upper left to lower right of the frame. At lower centre is the full disk of Jupiter; the small dots to its upper left and lower right and Io and Ganymede, respectively.

one last walk on the beach before evercold #ffxiv #wolstinien

my WOL Saoirse and Estinien standing in the surf during the evening. The water and sky are soft purple with hints of blue and the lighting is soft and pink. She's leaning into his chest and splashing the water with her foot while they smile at each other.

just a detail shot of their faces! However I would like to take this moment to say that I had to make Saoirse about 4 inches taller than she actually is because the heigh difference was Too Much lmfao

A comic about Fourchenault's nightmare. #ffxiv #esmestory

Alphinaud and Alisaie: Father, there’s something we have to tell you.

Fourchenault: Is that so. Go ahead, then. You two can tell your father anything.

Alphinaud and Alisaie: The truth is..!!!

Alisaie and Alphinaud, while holding onto Esme (who has mysteriously appeared in frame): "The warrior of light is going to be our new dad!!!"

Fourchenualt, smiling: Ohoho. I see.

Fourchenault, now screaming: "Wait, no!!! I don't see!! What are you even saying??"
In smaller text, "Put those papers away..!"

Alphinaud and Alisaie are standing next to Esme who is holding onto adoption papers. (Which again, have mysteriously appeared.)

Alisaie: Esme teaches us real things! Like how to explode stuff!

Fourchenault: "Why is she teaching you that?!?"

Alphinaud: "She doesn't make us eat archon loaf..."

Fourchenault: "You love archon loaf!! It's nutritious!!"

Alphinaud, Alisaie and Esme are running off together while going "HeeHee HaHa Ho HoHo." Esme is wearing a badge that says '#1 DAD.' The text around them reads: Farewell father! We are going to go explode things now!" The area around them is on fire.

Fourchenault: "NO!! STOP RIGHT THERE!!!!!"

Fourchenault sits up in bed, having woken up from a nightmare: "ARGHH!!! Damn you Esme Ray!!!"
Ameliance is asleep next to him wearing a mask over her eyes.

A tiny Esme is drawn on the corner of the page sneezing.
"Achoo! Am I getting sick?"
