Ryan Malis @nayrman.bsky.social · 17hHaving been around the block a few times with big games you can kind of tell if a game will or won't. GTA feels very 'been there done that' right now unless you're already big into the GTA Online ecosystem which VI is inevitably going to lead into. 000
Ryan Malis @nayrman.bsky.social · 17hOh not saying its gonna bomb but I feel more there is a manufactured hype versus 'real' hype for this game, especially after the digital only announcement. Like the media/Rockstar are pushing it harder than it needs to when there have been rightful sour grapes about VI in various ways. 000
Ryan Malis @nayrman.bsky.social · 18hSo GTA VI had a new trailer today, and besides the typical audience that goes for it is it just me or is it lacking that cultural impact most big GTA/Rockstar games feel like they usually have? Like most people I know are just kind of "Eh, whatever" about the whole thing. 460
Ryan Malis @nayrman.bsky.social · 18hLike, seriously, my rig is 8-9ish years old. It runs fine for the most part but its really starting to show its age in speeds for things that isn't internet browsing, lol. 040
Ryan Malis @nayrman.bsky.social · 18hOh good, found a place that can build my PC once I procure all the parts and install the OS. Things are slowly coming together. Hoping to get the stuff at the end of November/early December or so. 190

Ryan Malis @nayrman.bsky.social · 15/10/2026Yeah, an expansion pass for Fortune's Weave. That was one of my fears for the game. I really, REALLY am not interested in a 100+hour tactics game, so I'm glad I passed on it honestly. 010

Ryan Malis @nayrman.bsky.social · 11/10/2026I'd rather we just pretend Moro/Granolah didn't happen at all. Both those arcs sucked. Also they need to stop being afraid to go past Z in terms of timeline ending stuff. Yes, we know GT wasn't the best but they're hamstringing themselves too much this way. 100
Ryan Malis @nayrman.bsky.social · 11/10/2026Is it even getting that far? I just assumed it was doing BoG's and RoF because that's all they've really teased about it. Even then, we still have Super. If you must remake something at least do something older that is harder to find, etc. Super is still relatively new. 100
