Yes! This was the third tip: "never say please or thank you." 😆 As they continue to anthropomorphize these further with cute avatars to keep us engaged, things like this become more and more important. These are just computer programs. I don't tell Excel "thank you" for running a macro.

For those of you with day jobs where you're forced to use LLMs or be fired, good tip I gleaned this weekend, which is to tell the LLM to stop referring to itself using "I" pronouns and to eliminate the praise and other attempts to humanize itself. You get a much cleaner interaction w/o the marketing
