The "most content farms are from India statement" isn't even true. Some of the bigger names like GameToons, Lankybox, BenjiXScarlett and EnchantedMob are American. Hornstromp is from Spain. Troom Troom is Ukrainian. Just a few examples I know off the top of my head.
