An AuDHD woman would literally rather expire on the spot than have to watch one single second of an unskippable ad, it has been confirmed.  Christine Smout, 46, will reportedly do anything to avoid…

Three overlapping black pen sketches of pigeons. The meeting of the rude animals commences, Magpie swoops down, kicks Pigeon in the head. Round thief squirrel rolls over the wall, bouncing, bounding, a ball. Pigeon leaves “gifts”on the garden table, and no one wants them. Crow heckles the proceedings, as usual. Indecisive, rabbits appear, scraping new half holes year upon year, As disruptive as Mole for the grass, though, he minds his own business, and won’t be attending.

Watercolour sketch of small, pale blue flowers, with light yellow stems. Imagine you are deep in the heart of a tropical rainforest. It is hot, humid, and much darker closer to the ground. You can hardly see the jungle floor in the midday gloom, and it’s a test of endurance to make your way through the densely packed vegetation. The birds are raucous, the canopy rattles with passing howler monkeys, and the hum of insect wings is constant.

Ink and watercolour sketch of a fluffy white rat with long whiskers. I am a normal rat. I have always been here, though here hasn’t always been the same. Here used to be thick oak woods, dappled sunlight in the summer, darkly dripping in the winter. Then it was a field, sometimes potatoes, sometimes wheat, sometimes the braying of heavy beasts.

Three watercolour sketches of round, blobby, pink frogs. Imagine if a raw hamburger had a face with little beady eyes, and stubby legs with claws on the end. That’s Myobatrachus gouldii, the turtle frog, endemic to Perth in western Australia. The common name comes from its weirdly tiny head and round, soft body, thought to resemble a small turtle without a shell.
