People seem to forget that French cops use the same kind of ineffective dispersal tactics as US cops (flashbang grenades, water cannon, tear gas canisters), and are fucking useless, whereas UK cops focus on containment and evidence-building, and they're so good at it they literally train the IDF.

I think in coercive rape there’s a lot of manufacturing of “grey area”. Wearing women down or guilting them is turned into a game and when those acts are revealed to be incredibly violating they suddenly make a lot of noise about how shocked they were that it wasn’t consensual.
