Excited to share a new open-access practitioner paper all about: (a) avoiding using the keywords strategy, and (b) what word-problem strategies to use instead! We focused specifically on how to support students with mathematics difficulty and emergent bilinguals. doi.org/10.1002/trtr...

Today in math methods, students rotated in stations, exploring a different geometry manipulative and brainstorming tasks that students could complete with each one. Beforehand, we reviewed and discussed K-2 geometry standards as a primer!
