The prompt was ram, I guess Babylon 5 just stuck with me. #inktober
Prompt: Ram

Prompt: Stinky

Hey, you know what *did* take ages to write, and used 0% AI? My various books www.hive.co.uk/search/keywo... They've been nicked and used to train various AI engines, and cost me a lot of earnings in the process, so if you like your info 'direct from source', please consider purchasing one.

I think I saw someone say, @robinince.bsky.social perhaps?, that bookshop.org are better financially for the bookshop and the same for the author or better? There was some well reasoned argument you might want to use book shop instead of hive. Although hive are also better than the alternatives.

OMNIGROUP ROBOTIC ENFORCERS

An advert for a bipedal murder bit with two guns in its back and on from its centre. 10y! maintenance package!

Short fiction: Since the introduction of the OMNIGROUP ROBOTIC ENFORCERS the number of extra judicial killings has not dropped the ethnic make up has normalised - they are color blind in every sense. OG internal report.

Yeah a number of my questions on python packages have been extremely dumb but because they don't think they have made them user friendly they're happy to help. When they think they have made them user friendly, or worse, they've made it *powerful*...

That's a little unfair - I've used a lot of open source stuff for work (python packages) and they have been universally helpful. But you are also not wrong. It might be something about big packages for the "civilians" that attracts or creates those people. Lord knows I'm bad enough helping my mum.

The ban was not as long as I remembered the effects were still being recorded in 2011 at least. In my defence I was 5 at the time, and 45 now. Time dims the memory in many ways :) www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wale...

Most of libre office is great, bit of basic letter writing? Lovely stuff. Simple document structure? Knock yourself out. Need a slightly complex document structure and custom numbering styles? Nightmarish. Not found anything like it in the other apps. Just the word equivalent.

It's a real shame that libreoffice styles are such a colossal pain in the sack. If anyone asks a question one (specific) dude on the forum basically tells you to read a giant manual and calls you a c**t. I still use it, but I don't enjoy it.

Thought I might give #inktober a go, to make it so I don't spend stupid amounts of time I'm doing them on a playing card.
A picture of a partially eaten apple floating in a depressurised corridor. The roof of the corridor has a guide strip and it bends around a corner. There is a door open on the right. Behind the apple is a prominent hull breach. Though it you can see a planet and rings and a ship firing a laser at adversaries unknown.

Underneath it says:
"in 1666 Sir Issac Newton watched an apple fall from a tree"
