Had a some great games of 3rd ed with @mrllamatastic.bsky.social, it just works so smoothly! I was a particular fan of our jump chaplains having mirror matches in murdering half the opponents army in game 1, then charging and instantly killing each other in game 2.

Had my first game of 40k 11th Ed on the weekend with the incomparable @nickbayton.bsky.social and had a thoroughly splendid time. The new terrain rules are KINDA reminiscent to ages past, but revising my 3rd Ed rulebook for an event at end of the month really highlights how simple things COULD be.
