Had a dream. I was watching a cartoon about America, but swathes of territory were owned by monsters. Like, Michigan has a county of demons. And I was enjoying it, but the plot kind of went off the rails. Then I found out the studio used ai to translate monster gibberish into English.

Character idea: self-taught wizard that found a spell book buried in the woods. It's a perverts primer, tentacles, invisibility, grease, etc. He innocent and still uses them as combat spells, but others are briefly confused when the tentacle in their mouth blows out the back of their skull.

New Magic The Gathering format: Sticky hand. Once you put a card on the board, you can't touch it directly, you need to use a sticky stretchy hands. And if you remove opponent's permanents or counter their spells, you need to use the hand to take it off the board, or it stays. 3 tries maybe?
