It is critical there is NOT a change in PM in the UK. If there was, it would start the calls for a general election for the new PM to get their own mandate. Replacing the PM THIS YEAR is part of Farage and the far rights plan to force a general election on 2027. New PM in 2026 and the GE in 2027.

After being held in two of them as a boy, I fought for decades urging America to never again build concentration camps and put human beings in them. It breaks my heart to watch this happen twice now in my own lifetime.
Screenshot of an X.com post by The Associated Press (@AP) stating that dozens of immigrant families protested for better treatment behind fences at a Texas detention facility, where a 5-year-old Ecuadorian boy and his father were sent after being detained in Minnesota. Below is a video thumbnail showing a crowd gathered outdoors along a fenced walkway; many people wear bright blue or red outerwear, and some hold signs.

Today is one of those days where the media seriously need to wind their necks in! There are some very good & important news stories they should focus on. If not that, then some extremely serious stories that must be explored. We don't need more drama & speculation over the Labour leadership.

Watched Question Time tonight and really proud of the people of Shrewsbury for pushing back on some of the more rancid aspects of discourse around immigration in media and politics. (Was less thrilled that they were apparently baffled by the concept of a 1% wealth tax).
