Excited to share our new research on Progranulin (PGRN) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). We made specific antibodies to each human Granulin and find they are decreased in GRN-FTD. Supporting the idea that Granulins made in the lysosome are essential for neuronal health to stop neurodegeneration.
